SHEILA HILTON is a natural-born tastemaker, with a talent for shopping, travel and discovery. Her bold style, impeccable taste, and discerning eye took root growing up in Jamaica—where she was dressing her younger cousins and family members from an early age—honed as a student in New York City and Paris, and blossomed in adulthood as a globetrotting financial executive at the center of a group of driven and dynamic friends.

 Sheila is passionate about men’s fashion and accessories. She loves the distinctive style of French men, the elegant style of Italian men, the indescribably chic Japanese guys, and the adventurous style of American men.

Sheila holds a BA in International Studies from New York University, an MIA Degree in International Banking and Finance from Columbia University and an Image Consulting Certificate from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Sheila began Image Consulting and Personal Shopping in 2007 while working full-time as a Banking Executive. She created Es Mode to deliver the “high touch” personalized service that men deserve.

BIANCA KRAMER’S career has taken her from the east coast to the west coast and back with a stop in Tokyo, Japan. Bianca started her career in Human Resources and Labor Relations in the Banking industry. She also worked as an Image Consultant and Stylist for executives during that time.

After leaving Banking, Bianca merged her creative and entrepreneurial sides as a Stylist and Retail Marketing professional. These experiences lead her to develop a new way for consumers to shop. She co-founded Hold For Jane, a B2B SaaS marketing solution for luxury retailers.

As a Customer Experience and Product Strategy consultant, Bianca works closely with start-ups in the fashion space to identify CX trends that best engage consumers. Bianca holds a degree in Psychology from Mt. St. Mary’s College and is an Executive Member of Fashion Group International.
